A large spoon by Romanian artist Neculai Popa (1919-2010).
The folkloric sculpture was gifted by the artist to a Belgian constructor who was building a hospital in the area in the 1980’s.

When in the early 1960's the first archeological excavations were being done in his village Târpești,
Popa started sculpting following neolithic sculptures found in his area.
His house is currently a museum dedicated to his art and Romanian folklore.
