Modernist Stained Glass Window

A 1920-1930 period stained glass window from a Belgian building. 

A central figure sits with protractor and other architectural drawing tools at a table, her right hand touching her head as if pondering how to tackle a certain issue. 
On top stands Saint Thomas, patron saints of architects, with a church building and a spear. Opposite of Saint Thomas a historic city view. 
The detail and quality of the work is excellent.
