R. Meerbergen, Scene by Fence, 1944

Rudolf Meerbergen (1908-1987) was a Belgian painter born in Antwerp. The work is signed on the top side 'R. Meerbergen 1944' After the second world war the artist started making abstract works. Works of his are held in the collection of the KMSKA.
